To know the mode of the massage recipient and choosing the right oil

An important thing that should be considered about using the right massage oil for the massage recipients body:

At first, we need to know what is wrong with the massage recipients body, this means for muscle pains and muscle cramps, we should use speciall oil. Second, to correctly recognize the mode of the massage recipient. In this regard further explanation will be provided.

Knowing the warm or cold nature of the massage recipient,s body is almost a complicated task,  but with a simple method that I usually use, it is possible to roughly know the massage recipient,s temperament. I find it with a simple question. I ask the massage recipient if he/she likes summer and hot weather or cool season and cold weather? The point is that whatever the answer to the question is, the mode of the person is the opposite. Which means, if aperson likes cool fruits or cold seasons of the year, it means that he/she has a warm personality and for the persons with cold personality it's conversely.

But why the type of oil that we use should be suitable for the massage recipients body?

It is an important question. The answer to this question is very simple. For example, if we massage aperson who has warm temperament with an oil that has a warm natural, such as Cinamon or black seed, the heat of the massage recipients body will make him hot and caused not to enjoy the massage.

This important can be recognised carefully in the color of the massage recipients skin turns red and feels intense heat in his body and this makes he/she not to enjoy the massage. According to the mode of the massage recipient, you should use the oil according to his/her mode. For example: if we massage aperson who has hot temperament, with an oil that has cold temperament, such as eucalyptus or chicory or cucumber, the massage recipient will fall in to alight sleep and experience a good sense of relaxation during the massage. As a rule, warm oils should be used for people who have a cold temperament.
